Copyright and Open Access

COPYRIGHTS

Submission of a manuscript implies:

  1. The copyright of the article is retaining by Author (s).
  2. The article has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis);
  3. The article is not under consideration for publication elsewhere;
  4. That its publication has been approved by all coauthors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities at the institute where the work has been carried out;
  5. The manuscript will not be published elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright holders.

PLAGIARISM

  • Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not allowed;
  • The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted;
  • An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable;
  • Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work.
